MENG CPAs provides a wide range of services for corporate tax clients, including corporate tax planning and filing, assurance services, accounting and bookkeeping, consulting and advisory services, personal financial guidance, tax compliance and filing, and estate and succession planning.
MENG CPAs is known for its personalized service, deep expertise, and commitment to client success. We prioritize building long-lasting client relationships based on trust and professionalism. Our team's dedication and knowledge make us your trusted financial partner. In addition, our proactive approach and cutting-edge IT systems ensure that you stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations, allowing you to benefit fully while never missing any deadlines.
At MENG CPAs, we offer two types of fee structures to accommodate different client needs.
In addition, we may extend courtesy discounts under specific circumstances. For instance, if we anticipate a long-term partnership with a client that includes the provision of additional services, or if a company is in a robust financial position with the potential for more extensive collaboration with us, we may offer a percentage discount as a value-added benefit to our clients. Typically, such discounts are applied to first-time clients during their initial year, recognizing the learning curve and collaborative potential between both parties.
At MENG CPAs, our invoicing schedule is adaptable to different situations. For routine monthly tasks like monthly bookkeeping, we issue invoices on the last day of each month.
For compilation and corporate tax returns, invoices are generated when we file the corporate tax returns or provide financial statements and reports.
For other ongoing services, we may invoice monthly or when a specific threshold of Work in Progress (WIP) is reached.
Payment terms for our invoices are 'due upon receipt.' However, we do not charge interest to clients who make payments within 30 days. If a client's payment exceeds 30 days, we may request retainers for the next fiscal year's accounting and tax services.
We charge retainers in two scenarios:
The retainer amount will be credited toward the final invoice, and any excess amount will be refunded to the client upon completion of the services.
